CNSI Celebrates Two Decades of Innovation @ Work with Charity Drive

Saturday, April 26th marked CNSI Day 2014, during which we celebrated the company’s 20 year anniversary by gathering our employees, partners, families and friends to participate in a charity drive at each of our site locations across the country and also at our Center for Technology & Innovation in Chennai, India. 
 
The event gave all of us at CNSI the chance to reflect on two decades of innovation at work, while giving back to the communities that we are also a part of and that have contributed to our growth.

Nearly 1,500 individuals in Maryland, Michigan, New Mexico, Washington, Utah, South Dakota, and Chennai, India came out to volunteer on CNSI Day 2014, benefiting a range of charities including Interfaith Works, Manna Food Center, Fisher House, A Road Home, Utah Food Bank, Thurston County Food Bank, San Martin De Porres Soup Kitchen, Greater Lansing Food Bank, Autism Alliance of Michigan, Operation Care Package, PAWS Animal Rescue, and the Good Life Centre.
 
In Maryland alone, more than 500 individuals participated and raised over $20,000 worth of donated funds, clothes, food and housewares, while across the world we raised over $50,000 in donations, food and other supplies.
 
In a joint statement recognizing the 20th anniversary milestone and announcing the charity drive, CNSI co-founders Adnan Ahmed, B. Chatterjee, Jaytee Kanwal and Reet Singh noted their excitement in having the chance to celebrate by giving back and supporting “the communities in which we all live and work.” The co-founders went on to note that “This is truly a momentous occasion for CNSI. As the company continues its growth, evolving as rapidly as the information technology industry, we can look back on a number of industry innovations with great pride. We look forward to an exciting future of continuing to introduce truly innovative solutions in the sectors in which we operate.”   
 
In 1994, CNSI began as a business technology transformation company, providing innovative solutions to clients across federal and state governments. Today, CNSI has grown to specialize in public sector health information technology, advising, developing and managing technology for federal and state health agencies. 
 
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our growth. We look forward to continuing to provide innovative ideas, anticipating technology needs and developing solutions for years to come.
