CNSI Announces Formation of Health Advisory Board
Distinguished group of healthcare and technology industry leaders will advise CNSI on future industry  trends, policy initiatives, and new innovations to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

 

 

McLean, VA – November 18, 2020 – CNSI, a leading business solutions provider in developing and delivering innovative health information technology solutions, announced today the formation of a Health Advisory Board. The Board comprises some of the foremost thought leaders in healthcare and technology and will advise CNSI on industry trends, policy initiatives, and new and innovative ways to help CNSI’s clients improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

The members of the CNSI Health Advisory Board are:

  • Ryan Howells – Principal at Leavitt Partners, Program Manager of the CARIN Alliance (a multi-sector alliance working to advance consumer-directed exchange of health information), and national health policy, digital health, and interoperability expert. Howells will chair the Health Advisory Board.
  • Ryan Bosch, MD, FACP – Founder and President, Socially Determined; former Deloitte executive; and former Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) for Inova Health System. 
  • Aneesh Chopra – President, CareJourney, and co-founder of the CARIN Alliance. Served as the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and as Virginia Secretary of Technology.
  • Charlene Frizzera – President and CEO, CF Health Advisors, and former CMS Acting Administrator, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Director of the Center for Medicaid and State Operations, and Regional Administrator.
  • Major General Elder Granger (USA, Ret.), MD – President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC, and former Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs).
  • Bobbie Kilberg – President and CEO Emeritus and Strategic Advisor for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Served in President George H.W. Bush’s administration as Deputy Assistant to the President for Public Liaison and as Director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. Also served in President George W. Bush’s administration as a member of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. 
  • Charles Milligan – Chief Operating Officer, Health Management Associates, and Vice Chair, Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC). Former Medicaid and CHIP Director for the states of Maryland and New Mexico.
  • Penny Thompson – Healthcare Advisor and former Chair, MACPAC Commission; former CMS Deputy Director, Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services.
