Adnan Ahmed
Adnan Ahmed is co-founder and President of CNSI. He is responsible for the overall health of the company and leads CNSI’s management with an emphasis on identifying new strategic markets and leveraging relationships with customers and partners.

Under Ahmed's direction, CNSI has experienced extensive growth in the healthcare and federal markets. Ahmed is credited for CNSI's expansion into several new verticals, including the State Medicaid and CMS Medicare markets.
Ahmed brings vast experience in federal government and strategic growth areas. Prior to founding CNSI, Ahmed started the federal product sales division for INET Inc.,a government systems integrator, growing it to $30 million in three years.
Adnan Ahmed is a board member of the Tech Council of Maryland (TCM), The Organization of Pakistani American Entrepreneurs of North America and is an active supporter of The Citizens Foundation, USA (TCF-USA).

B. Chatterjee
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With more than 18 years of technology and management experience, B. Chatterjee provides the strategic leadership and technology vision for CNSI. As a Member of the Board, Chatterjee serves as a technical advisor to teams that are responsible for the advancement of the company's turnkey solutions.

Furthermore, he's responsible for accelerating growth, quality and best practice initiatives and for ensuring operational consistency across CNSI's strategic business units.
Under his leadership, CNSI grew to over $160 million in annual revenue. Chatterjee is credited with spearheading several corporate-wide initiatives that have paved the way for CNSI's continued growth. He is the visionary behind CNSI's proven system development and deployment methodology that's now used across the company. He also led the development of CNSI's ground-breaking payer solution and the company's entry into the Medicaid market.
Chatterjee was instrumental in opening CNSI's Technology Development Center in India, which has enabled the company to expand globally and to offer enhanced service delivery options to its commercial clients.
Prior to CNSI, Chatterjee held technical roles with several fortune 500 companies, including Fannie Mae, MBNA Bank and AOL. He holds a B.S. in Physics and Math from the University of Lucknow, a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and a M.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.

Jaytee Kanwal
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With more than 20 years of business operations and financial management experience, Jaytee Kanwal is responsible for the management of CNSI's overall operations, including compliance with accepted standards and regulatory requirements, tax and audit, and legal and contractual.

Kanwal manages all financial operations, including treasury and cash management, risk and surety management, financial analysis and modeling, financial reporting, and financial budgeting and forecasting. He oversees the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing, as well as maintains strategic relationships with banks to fund major growth phases.
His experience with fast-growth companies proves invaluable as CNSI continues its impressive record of growth and profitability. Prior to founding CNSI, Kanwal managed the financial requirements of two private placement equity offerings for a $300M company, where he handled due diligence with research analysts, auditors and legal counsel.

Reet Singh
Co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Reet Singh has more than 20 years of experience in systems analysis and development, project management and operations management. Singh currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at CNSI.

In this newly-created role, Singh oversees a number of key internal functions, including governance and controls, infrastructure services, operations, human resources, and talent management.
CNSI Management views employees to be the company's most valuable asset, and as such, established a position that would help facilitate its continued growth while maintaining a strategic focus on the development of its people. As CAO, Singh is responsible for managing the current and future growth of CNSI's employees and ensuring the company has skilled and committed talent throughout the entire organization.
Prior to assuming the CAO role, Singh led CNSI's Federal government operations, where he oversaw the business unit's strategic and operating plans, client relations and the expansion of large-scale projects. Singh holds a Masters of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Vivek Gore
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Technology Services
As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technology Services at CNSI, Dr. Vivek Gore provides technical direction and management oversight to new and existing projects.

including architecting innovative IT solutions based on the latest developments in technology. In this capacity, Dr. Gore manages technical teams within the company across areas of project delivery and system development.
Enterprise Improvement Process Committee (EPIC) that is responsible for improving the internal processes within CNSI in accordance with the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI). Dr. Gore has a Master of Science and Doctorate in Computer Science from Rutgers University. Prior to CNSI, Dr. Gore has been in academia as an Assistant Professor at University of Edinburgh, Scotland and University of California, Los Angeles.

Kathryn Harris
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Responsible for leading CNSI's legal and contracts functions, Kathryn Harris provides legal oversight of the company's transactional, regulatory, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and litigation activities.

Kathryn comes to CNSI with over 20 years of experience representing clients on a wide variety of corporate legal matters in both private practice and as in-house counsel. Prior to CNSI, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for DLT Solutions, a value-added government reseller.

Sharif Hussein
Senior Vice President of the Midwest Region
Sharif Hussein brings 40 years of experience to CNSI, where he is responsible for directing and managing diverse healthcare initiatives and multiple state businesses across the organization.

Mr. Hussein has implemented and directs the operations of the CHAMPS (Community Health Automated Medicaid Processing System) advanced Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) for the State of Michigan.
He has led the transformation from a HIPAA 4010 environment to HIPAA 5010 along with the remediation initiative of the system to become ICD-10 compliant by the federally mandated time line. Mr. Hussein also directs compliance efforts for the Affordable Care Act to ensure that CHAMPS is ready for enrolling dual Medicare/Medicaid eligible recipients. Mr. Hussein is currently leading the development of the latest state-of-the-art cloud-based, multi-tenant Medicaid system for the states of Michigan and Illinois.
He has previously held senior leadership positions at BearingPoint, where he provided oversight, guidance and counsel to field offices in terms of tactics and approaches for identifying, targeting and executing business opportunities; at Orascom Telecom, where he played a key role in defining the Corporate Sales and Marketing Strategy for the newly created telecommunication’s venture in Iraq and supporting the US lead provisional government.
Mr. Hussein also previously served as President for CNSI’s International Division, where he was responsible for all international business development, marketing and project activities. Mr. Hussein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and has completed the Executive Leadership program at the Yale School of Management.

CK Kumar
Senior Vice President, Center for Technology and Innovation
CK Kumar heads up CNSI's Center for Technology and Innovation based out of Chennai, India. As part of this responsibility, CK manages all development and maintenance of CNSI’s solutions and core products.

Jay Majmudar
Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Partner Relations
Jay Majmudar heads up the IT operations for CNSI's internal and external projects. He is responsible for the managed services provided as part of CNSI's turnkey solutions.

In this capacity, Jay also manages all partner relations to ensure procurement and implementation for hardware and software COTS solutions as part of the total system development. Vijay Mishra
Senior Vice President, Federal Programs
Responsible for the federal civilian business, Vijay Mishra provides thought leadership and growth strategies for all federal accounts. In implementing industry best practices including CMMI and ITIL, he focused on improving CNSI's service delivery model to provide turnkey solutions on performance based contracts.

Shailesh Patel
Senior Vice President, Strategy
Shailesh Patel leads the company's Health IT Solutions and Strategy in new healthcare markets and development projects. He has over 23 years of experience with IT, architecture, product design, and project management.

He has served as project director for Medicaid implementations and introduced an agile-based SDLC delivery model for MMIS projects. Prior to CNSI, Shailesh focused his entrepreneurial drive with start-up businesses and held executive positions with software engineering firms. He received a MS in Engineering at Catholic University and a BS in Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech. He is a member of HIMSS and PMI, a PMP, and ITIL v3 certified.

Arvinder Singh
Senior Vice President, HHS Business Unit
Arvinder Singh is responsible for operations and development of the company's healthcare solutions, including R&D of new technologies and integration of COTS products to deliver value-added systems for the government health IT market.

He has more than 12 years of experience architecting open, Java-based enterprise applications, including several large-scale government healthcare information systems. Arvinder actively participates in health IT SIGs, is a member of the MITA Technical Committee, and is leading a subcommittee on Business Process & Work Flow Standards. Federal Computer Week named him a 2006 “Rising Star" for pioneering the industry's first web-centric MMIS.
