People and tools that make collaboration work for our clients.
CNSI’s collaboration methodologies and technology have coalesced in a manner that gets stakeholders involved and committed. We help bring groups quickly to a decision point with greater consensus, and provide the tools needed to ask questions, get answers and facilitate communication.
We support a seemingly endless need for business and project collaboration in areas such as project management, strategic planning, requirements elicitation, collaborative application design (CAD) sessions.

Group Systems I & II
In either a face-to-face or virtual/distributed meeting, a typical collaborative session will involve participants anonymously brainstorming ideas while Group Systems quietly collects those ideas and stores them in list format for everyone to view. A trained facilitator maximizes the input of the group and leads the members through the steps of the process such as brainstorming ideas before voting or conducting an alternative analysis.
The process allows the participants to ultimately reach consensus to support the results of the session. The common understanding of the results builds a powerful cohesiveness among the stakeholders. A written record is immediately produced at the session conclusion as a HTML, Microsoft Word or Excel document so the participants can take a record of the meeting with them.
