CNSI provided full-service Information Technology support services to Amtrak. We supported and managed the Manassas Data Center operation 24/7, which involved systems administration support, new systems deployments, hardware evaluation, system documentation, server maintenance, production schedules, hardware and software diagnostics, server software version control and customer problem resolution. CNSI provided UNIX Administration, Windows Administration, Citrix Administrations, Oracle and MS SQL Administration. Additionally, we provided Project Management support for the Amtrak Systems Engineering group while staffing and managing the PC Refresh team to support Exchange services.
