With proficiency in enterprise applications, system integration and performance engineering, the COE focuses on providing clients with emerging IT technologies, Data Center and backup capabilities, and large-scale, integrated turnkey solutions. CNSI's ability to seamlessly integrate IT infrastructure, COTS products and business applications in a test environment provides clients the validity, flexibility and interoperability required to meet their needs.
While technological prowess is key to CNSI's success, it requires a strong process foundation and well-trained people. We take a disciplined and mature approach to service and product delivery. For service delivery, we adopted an integrated process approach, which is based upon the ITIL service management framework and ISO 20000-1:2005. For product delivery, we adopted the SEI's CMMI, the PMBOK and ISO 9001:2000. We use IEEE Software Engineering standards for reference and employ ITIL Foundation certified Engineers and PMI certified Project Managers. We ensure that mature, repeatable processes are infused by lessons learned from across the company's best practices, giving CNSI its innovation edge.
